GINO D’ACAMPO and Gordon Ramsay were together when they discovered the former’s son was dating his ITV co-star’s daughter.
Gino D’Acampo has explained exactly how he and Gordon Ramsay were told by chance that two of their children were dating each other. The This Morning star’s son Luciano, 18, was previously in a relationship with his fellow chef’s daughter Matilda, also 18.

The 43-year-old recalled getting a call from his eldest child while on the road with the outspoken star, 53.
The duo were in the US filming the latest series of Gordon, Gino & Fred: American Road Trip with First Dates star Fred Sirieix when they found out the news.
“I FaceTime my son Luciano during the trip and he was in a restaurant and he was saying ‘Hi’ to Gordon and all of a sudden, Tilly appears,” Gino explained.
The ITV favoruite continued: “Look, I don’t care, it’s nothing to do with me, but Gordon cares, of course.
“Because if something happens serious then Matilda will be called Matilda D’Acampo! Gordon hates that. Can you imagine it?”
Matilda is one of five children Gordon shares with wife Tana, who he wed back in 1996.
She is best known for presenting Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch on CBBC.
They are also parents to twins Jack and Holly, 20, as well as Megan, 22, and baby Oscar.
Gordon and Tana tragically suffered a miscarriage five months into pregnancy in June 2016, to a boy whom they named Rocky.
Meanwhile, Luciano is the oldest of Gino’s three children with wife of 18 years, Jessica Morrison.
The couple later welcomed daughter Mia and Rocco, 15.
Gino previously revealed he feared he was going to die when he crashed a desert buggy while filming the same TV series.
He told how he “lost control” of the vehicle, was covered in petrol and “couldn’t move” after hitting their camper van, which was parked beside the track.
He told the Radio Times: “I was going 70 or 80 miles an hour, and when I hit it I thought, ‘This is over now. I’m going to die’.
“The thing that scared me the most is that my fuel-tank burst and I had petrol all over me.”
Gino was not able to resume filming for another 24 hours while Gordon, who smashed his vehicle into the wall of the racetrack, came away from the incident with whiplash.
Meanwhile, it comes days after Gordon Ramsay spoke candidly about fellow chef and rival, Jamie Oliver, following their falling out three years ago.
He discussed the barbecue he had with him, after their spat years earlier.
The former is believed to have fallen out with The Naked Chef after his appearance on ITV’s The Nightly Show.
