CRAIG Charles’ wife has hit out at ‘passive aggressive’ Adam Thomas after his bust up with Jimmy Bullard on I’m A Celebrity: South Africa.
After the explosive final aired on Friday, ex I’m A Celeb contestant John Barrowman slammed the show and was backed by Craig Charles‘ wife Jackie, who said that “it will all come out” in the end.
Waterloo Road star Adam, 37, won I’m A Celebrity: South Africa lat week despite his time in camp being impacted by his feud with David Haye, and his almighty bust up with Jimmy.
When Adam won the show he looked downcast, and just moments before the live final was thrown into chaos when David and Jimmy began shouting, saying how Adam was the problem in camp due to being “aggressive” in his bust up with the football star.
Ex campmate John took to X to react to the final fallout, writing: “Oh my oh my… another scandalous situation.
“@itv @imacelebrity @antanddec it seems you have a crisis in your hands.
“Editing to make someone look good as a winner is really bad form.
“#adamthomas seems like a classic passive aggressive.
“I love that the other celebrities were not having it,” he added.
“Bravo to @sinittaofficial for standing up to it but booooo to @missgemcollins for siding with the passive aggressive as she thinks it will benefit her career.
“They have all the footage believe me I was in the jungle I know. What are your thoughts everyone????” he concluded.
Jackie Charles, Craig’s wife, replied: “I love you said that because you know thankyou.”
Jackie also reacted to a clip of Adam being crowned as the winner, writing: “Oh it will all come out in the end karma.”
She also said: “Play it, then let us judge,” referring to the footage that was not aired due to the bad language and inclusion of the C-word.
In an episode of the show last week, Adam launched an expletive-ridden tirade against Jimmy after the footballer refused to take part in a trial.
Jimmy knew that by refusing to do the trial and saying “I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!” would mean he and Adam would both get the boot.
Adam was left annoyed and upset, and quickly exploded at Jimmy.
Confronting Jimmy, he said: “Are you f***ing taking the p***?
“Are you taking the p***.”
Adam added: “I am in there getting covered in f***ing ants!”
Jimmy said to him: “Woah, woah, woah – calm down, that’s pathetic!”
Adam then called him a “p***k” as he stormed off set.
Erupting into a backstage fury, Adam could be heard shouting: “I’ve done all that… for him to say I’m A Celeb.”
Jimmy’s decision to forfeit the trial appeared to confirm that Adam would be forced to leave the camp.
However, Ant and Dec decided that the actor deserved to be thrown a lifeline.
They decided to give Adam another chance due to Jimmy’s outright refusal to do the challenge.
During the live final, Jimmy said nine times that Adam’s conduct was “abusive, aggressive and intimidating”.
Boxer David agreed, and Sinitta also weighed in, agreeing with Jimmy.
